LINKÖPING, SWEDEN—June 22, 2021—Configura, a global software company and maker of CET, today welcomed Charlotta ‘Lotta’ Lilieblad as vice president of people. In her role, she will oversee Configura’s human resources and guide talent development across the organization.

A Linköping native with two decades of human resources experience and a focus in the software industry, Lilieblad brings a range of skills including leadership, labor relations, management, consulting, payroll and employee benefits design. Lilieblad launched her career in the tourism industry and after spending a few years in tourism, she returned to Linköping for her studies. She eventually joined IFS as an application consultant in its IT department. While at IFS, she transitioned to human resources and served a variety of roles including HR administrator, group manager and director of global HR operations. Most recently, Lilieblad was the HR manager for SGS Group, one of Europe’s leading laboratory companies.
As vice president of people, Lilieblad will focus on developing Configura’s culture. Lilieblad’s passion lies within leadership, company culture and digitalization and plans to apply those skills to Configura’s growth strategy.
