How does the AI-matchmaking and virtual business cards work?

Attendees can opt-in for AI-Matchmaking to sponsors via their profile interests. Sponsors and attendees can arrange mutually beneficial video meetings based on that matchmaking. However, those who opt-out of matchmaking can drop virtual business cards which will allow attendees to connect with a product expert or sales representative from a sponsor company on an on-demand basis. Virtual business cards will include first and last name, email address, title, company.

How do attendees initiate a live chat or video meeting with sponsors?

Attendees can chat with sponsors on their Sponsor Showcase open chat or reach connect and chat one-on-one via Grip. Attendees can also reach out to sponsors to schedule more in-depth video meetings with their team and sponsor representatives via Grip. Sponsor personnel should monitor the Showcase chat during show hours. Each sponsor representative can set their calendars within Grip so that they only receive meeting invitations during the times they are available.

Can sponsors initiate live chat or a video meeting with an attendee?

Yes! Sponsors can request virtual meetings with attendees. Attendees can then accept or decline the invitation. Sponsors can also request to "connect" with attendees. If the attendee accepts, the sponsor can then do live 1:1 chats with the attendee.

We have more sponsor representatives included in our package than staff members participating in ProMatDX; Can we reallocate the pending meeting invites across those sponsor representatives?

No, pending meeting invitations are on a per sponsor representative basis. See example below. Each sponsor representative participating in ProMatDX must use a unique email address.

Example: A sponsor purchases the Value Package which includes 5 sponsor representatives and each rep is limited to 10 pending meeting invitations but the sponsor only has 3 staff members (sponsor reps). The sponsor would NOT be able to reallocate 50 pending meeting invitations across their 3 sponsor representatives. If they only had 3 of the eligible 5 sponsor representatives participate, their 3 sponsor reps would still only be able to have 10 pending meeting invitations at a time.

Can inactive/deactivated sponsor contacts continue messaging with attendees?

No, only sponsor contacts who are activated for a sponsor will be able to engage in the 1:1 live chat with attendees.

How does a sponsor get leads and how do they access them?

Sponsors get leads any time an attendee:

  • Attends any ProMatDX seminar or event you sponsor
  • Attends your product demo
  • Requests a digital meeting with your sponsor personnel (attendee contact details are not automatically shared when meeting requests are made)
  • Drops their virtual business card

Sponsor Showcase leads are available on the Sponsor Showcase Dashboard. Connections made within Grip can be downloaded from the Grip platform. Leads from your demos and sessions will be sent to sponsors after the show.
