The Momentum Group Consolidation UI is an integral part of the Momentum Routing logic for shipping, putwalls and sorters. The UI allows warehouse operators to better plan labor, and track the progression of packwaves by showing how work is spread across the consolidation locations. In addition, the Momentum Group Consolidation UI shows the status of active packwaves and their assignments, enabling operations to track totes related to the packwaves in real time and determine any delays with the KPI’s provided.
The Momentum Group Consolidation UI provides a live, centralized view of packwaves and their totes that are arriving at consolidation locations. It is a user-friendly way to browse across all locations and get detailed information not only on the status of workflows but also for alerts such as aging orders, enabling operators to quickly course correct.
