When conveying products from one end of the facility to the final destination, there are windows where you can unload, sort, process, and direct the package or product to its destination. If a package gets stuck and does not get to the next destination, it will be returned to the system and will have to go around the conveyor so it can be sorted again. Missing or hitting those windows can mean the difference between making it on time or delaying the delivery by a full day.
